OUR SERVICE APPROACH

In the 35th anniversary of the establishment of our hotel, we are honored as a family business to provide quality service to our customers. We would like to thank you, our guests, for your interest and trust in us. We will soon be pleased to welcome you to our hotel in Ayvalık / Sarimsakli, one of the favorite beaches of the Aegean region.
The Hotel section of our facility has 100 rooms; We have 69 standard and 12 superior rooms. Our superior rooms were newly built in 2015. In the family rooms section, there are 16 family rooms for 4-5 persons (70 m²). Our 24-hour reception staff, who speak Turkish / German / English and Russian, will assist you in all matters. In addition, our hotel has a restaurant for 200 people, a tastefully decorated Lobby, Pool-Bar, Lobby-Bar and an elevator to the rooms. Our 30 m long water slide with double turnstiles, consisting of a 4 m long snake-water slide and a separate slide pool in our playground, table football, table tennis table and children’s pool, provides a fun holiday for our young and adult guests.

Among the special services we provide to you:

– Izmir and Edremit airport transfers.
– Rental cars and bicycles.
– Flower orders.
– Travel, Flight and Bus tickets reservation.
– There are organizations for your anniversary, birthday and special days.
– Information about surroundings and trips.

OUR POLICY

Our facility is T.C. by participating in the Safe Tourism Certification Program of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, it has completed all inspections completely and has been awarded the Healthy Tourism and Save Tourism certificate.
In the rapidly developing and differentiating accommodation sector; It is our hotel policy to provide quality service in a systematic, planned and continuous manner by following the technology closely with the awareness of continuous development, using environmental conditions well, ensuring food safety, keeping the trained personnel and team work in the foreground, integrating smiling and trust with customer satisfaction.
